These terms cover orders placed with Prep Mama. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
We accept orders through this website. Orders close at the cut-off shown on the order page. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if the kitchen is at capacity, if you're outside our delivery zone, or if we suspect fraud. We'll refund any payment in full if we cancel.
Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within our published zone is free. Prices can change between weeks — we honour the price you see at checkout for that order.
Delivery and collection
We deliver across Kent within the radius shown on our website. Saturday delivery slots are best-effort within a chosen window; we'll text the night before with a tighter window. Collection is from our Maidstone kitchen during the published Sunday window. Please tell us in advance if no one will be available to receive a delivery.
Cancellations and changes
You can change or cancel an order online up to the cut-off (Wednesday 8pm). After that the kitchen list is locked and changes aren't possible.
Food safety
Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles every major UK allergen. We mark allergens on each dish and on every box; please tell us about any allergies before ordering. Meals should be kept refrigerated and eaten within 5 days of delivery. Reheat thoroughly — instructions are printed on each box.
Liability
We're a small business doing our best. We're liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaking these terms — we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
