What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- your name, email and phone (so we can deliver and update you)
- your delivery address and postcode (delivery orders only)
- the meals you ordered and how much you paid
- IP address and basic browser info (security and basic analytics)
If you create an account, we also store your sign-in email.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order
- To send you order updates (confirmation, delivery time)
- To answer your questions
- To improve the menu (which dishes are popular)
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers.
Who we share with
- Stripe — handles the payment. They never share your full card details with us.
- Vercel — hosts our website. They process server logs.
- Postcodes.io — we look up your postcode coordinates to check delivery distance. We don't share your name or order with them.
How long we keep it
- Orders: 6 years (UK accounting requirement)
- Account profile: until you ask us to delete it
- Web analytics: up to 24 months, aggregated and anonymised
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you what we hold on you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your account and personal data (we have to keep some order info for tax)
- stop using your data for marketing
